Summer is coming to an end, which means it’s back to school and a return to routine. We know that your schedule has probably changed a lot during the past couple years with the COVID-19 pandemic. But September is when most of us will get back into a 9 to 5 rhythm, head into the office, and return to class.
And our eating habits will change, too.
Now that you’re getting up earlier and running out the door, we want to make breakfast and lunch as easy as possible. With our Back to School bundles, you can order all the groceries you need in one click to your doorstep. Say hello to a well-balanced breakfast that commutes with you, and easy morning meals for the kids.
Check out these two grab-and-go, healthy breakfast recipes for you and your kids to enjoy that require five ingredients, five minutes of prep-time, and will most likely be gobbled up in five minutes, too.

- 1-2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup of oat milk
- ¼ cup of rolled oats
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Your favourite fruit, granola or honey
- Add Greek yogurt, oat milk, rolled oats and a pinch of cinnamon in a small mason jar and stir them all up.

- Spread on a layer of nut butter evenly over 2 bread slices
