Aged Balsamic Vinegar
This extraordinarily rich and thick aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena starts from a selection of the most precious grapes, cooked over a low flame, and left to age in antique barrels. It offers a pleasantly sweet aftertaste. Riccardo Giusti is recommended as a thick sauce for all foods, but is ideal for barbequed meats, poultry, fish, and game. It also adds an interesting twist to desserts and appetizers.
Rudolph’s not the only one with a red nose during the holidays. ‘Tis the season to bring out the cocktail shaker and keep the ice trays filled. Mixers are an awesome gift as they can be saved until ready to use, and completely elevate a cocktail, alcoholic or not. They also save your friend from going out and buying ingredients like cardamom seed, vanilla bean, and reduced peach syrup.
