Today, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and stand with our Indigenous colleagues and communities. We hope to help the healing of these communities by donating to the VCC’s Indigenous Student Services, as well as urging our customers, partners and staff to support in their own way and to visit the Indian Residential School Survivors Society website www.irsss.ca.
As an organization, SPUD.ca has formed a diversity, equity and inclusion action team to promote and address these important initiatives in the workplace. We are also committed to working diligently to discover and include more local Indigenous-owned brands and products on SPUD.ca.
