We’ve been hearing that this year’s strain of the flu, H3N2, is going to be one of the worst we’ve seen in a long time. Naturally, this has us wanting to amp up our protection against the virus whatever way we can. We know that traditionally, things like chicken soup and vitamin C have been touted as flu busters, but are they really? Or are we wasting our time with these home remedies?
