  • 1 bunch of kale, cleaned and de-stemmed
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • Preheat oven to 250 F.
  • Brush a large cookie sheet lightly with coconut oil.
