Cucina Fresca pastas and sauces are made with natural ingredients purchased as locally as possible. There are no artificial additives, preservatives or hydrogenated oils and the packaging is recyclable to minimize environmental impact.

Bradley Glaberso is the President and Executive Chef of Cucina Fresca. He knew he had a passion for pasta when he was training at the Culinary Institute of America and quickly became the go-to guy for fellow students struggling with making pasta. He carries on his passion for homemade pastas into his everyday work at Cucina Fresca.
