Dietary Restrictions:

I don’t have any specific dietary restrictions per say, but I try my best to eat primarily unprocessed foods & plant-centric! When I do eat meat, it’s important that it’s organic, wild, and sustainable!

What’s your favourite indulgence?

Oh man, that is a tough one … I really LOVE dark chocolate with nut butter & unsweetened shredded coconut! Or, raw balls!

What are the top five items you look for when you grocery shop?

If I could only buy five items, they’d definitely be … eggs, avocado, sourdough bread, kombucha, sweet potatoes! Oh, and salt, but I don’t consider that a food 😉

What are some of your staple snacks/meals? 

My current food obsessions that I eat literally everyday are avocado toast, fried eggs in coconut oil, fresh brewed coffee blended with collagen & ghee (OhhhMmmGheee), homemade sweet potatoes chips… & my spirulina bliss balls (which you can find on the wellth). I also LOVE smoothies made with frozen butternut squash, zucchini, almond milk, and vanilla protein! Ugh, now I’m getting hungry.

Who is in your household that you buy groceries for?

We are a party of three! I buy for myself (obviously), my husband & our cat! Although to be honest, it sometimes feels like we eat the same volume of food as a family of 4 …

What other causes/events do you support?

The Children’s Hospital and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation are near & dear to my heart.

Food & fitness are my two hobbies! I communicate what I’m passionate about over social platforms in hopes of inspiring & motivating others in my community to manifest wellth & help #spreadthewellth to others!
