Nash Huber was raised on a farm in southern Illinois and received a degree in Chemistry from Eastern Illinois University. In 1968, after working as a chemist for several years, he moved to the North Olympic Peninsula. About 20 years ago, he started Nash’s Produce. His commitment to organic agriculture is all the stronger for his education and experience working in chemistry. He knows that a healthy, sustainable food source has to be organic.
