Sophie’s mission is to throw out the confusion the fitness and food industries have created. Advocating a diet of whole foods and maintainable regimes of yoga and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Way of Gray’s affordable and simple exercise and nutrition programs are for real people to use in their everyday lives.
