Sherry Strong’s Raw Caesar Dressing!

Raw Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup almonds, soaked and peeled 2 cloves fresh garlic
Juice of 1 large lemon
1⁄2 tsp salt

2 tbsp miso paste
1⁄2 tsp dulse
2 tbsp each of cold-pressed olive oil and water to create a mayonnaise consistency

Method

Blend to the consistency of mayonnaise, adding a little water at a time as you blend everything in a high-powered blender.

Taste and add lemon to taste, adjusting seasoning.
